We started our home buying process in Septmeber 2022, and we immediately knew we would use Concord Mortgage for our lending needs.

When we spoke to Mutiu about the builder's timeline, he explained the process and started with getting us a conditional approval. In less than 30 days, we got what we needed to get started!

Our house took about 5 months to complete, and at every point in the building process, we spoke to Mutiu about timeline for the actual loan process. As we approached the final milestones in the building process, Mutiu began the loan process.

During the loan process, Mutiu had to take an international trip and I feared this would impact our loan but I was wrong! Even while several hours and continents away, Mutiu ensured to stay in touch and he continued work on our loan.

Towards the end of the process, we encountered an issue with the lender, which Mutiu worked and fought by escalating to the managers and working closely with us to get a resolution.
